Payments through unauthorized channels are not accepted. Any payment attempt outside of official channels may result in order cancellation without a refund.
The customer is responsible for correctly providing their Roblox username, verifying their order before confirming it, and attaching payment receipts when required.
No refunds will be issued for errors in the data provided by the customer.
Disclaimer regarding customer errors: PEEK STORE is not responsible if the customer does not check notifications, emails, messages, or instructions sent through our official channels. If a customer provides a different email address, does not check their SPAM folder for the invoice, or does not respond to communications sent, it is not the responsibility of PEEK STORE.
